I was able to take a road trip with my wife on May 14th 2009 to Bannack Montana which was a thriving town back in the gold rush days. It was abandonded in 1940 and since then preserved as a Montana State Park. It was an unexpected adventure and an eventful day.

The floral pictures were taken of items in the Broulim's floral case. The puppie pictures were taken on mothers day. That beautiful Sunday afternoon, one of our neighbors were out playing with these two little puppies. They were more than happy to pose for a few shots. The camera used was my simple little Pentax Optio E10 point and shoot camera, not giving me the ability to change the F-stop or be aware of the other indepth camera settings.
